The Early Years​

For as long as I can remember making art and a fascination with other cultures has been part of my life.  All art matters from the first expressive marks of a child to our final efforts to express the essence of our journey.  For me the seminal moment where my art was worth sharing occurred on the Artist in Residence Program in Roswell New Mexico.  They call it the gift of time and it has forever changed me.  That was 1976-77 and the work that I did at the end of that grant is where we will start.
